Dough:

  • 90g oat flour (gluten-free)
  • 1 tsp HEALTHBAR Ceremonial Matcha – to the product
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 ½ tbsp coconut oil (liquid)
  • 45g maple syrup
  • 55g almond butter Filling:
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

🧑‍🍳 Here's how – step by step

1. Mix the dough: Oat flour, Health Bar MatchaMix , baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, stir the coconut oil, maple syrup and almond butter until smooth, then knead everything into a smooth dough.

2. Shapes Roll out the dough into a rectangle (approx. 0.5-1cm thick). If it sticks, use baking paper or lightly flour it.

3. Filling Mix the filling ingredients well and distribute evenly over the dough.

4. Roll up & Bake Cut the dough into four strips, roll up carefully and place in a lightly greased tin.
