💡 Tips & Tricks

  • Use filtered water for clear cubes
  • Ideal for meal prep - lasts 2-3 months in the freezer
  • Can also be combined with orange juice, apple juice or mint
  • In summer, serve with ice cubes and cold water
Can I make the Health Cubes without a mixer?

Better not - a mixer ensures the right consistency. Using a grater makes it too chunky and spicy. If necessary: use a fine grater + sieve.

What if I don't have fresh ginger or turmeric?

You can also use ground ginger and turmeric - 1 teaspoon each - the result will be a little milder, but it also works.

How hot can the water be?

Maximum 80°C – water that is too hot can destroy the flavors of ginger and matcha and make them bitter. Allow boiling water to cool for 1-2 minutes.

Can you even taste the matcha with such intense aromas?

Yes – ours Ceremonial Matcha Remains clearly noticeable due to its natural sweetness and subtle umami note. It balances the sharpness beautifully.
